01 / EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT

Bricklayer

PLN 35–55 net / hour

PLN 5,880–9,240 net / month

Example based on 168 hours, excluding overtime. Pay depends on hours worked.

Payment per m² is also possible — the rate is agreed before work begins.

What will you do?

Build load-bearing and partition walls, prepare mortar, check plumb and levels, and work to the design.

What do we expect?

  • Masonry experience and ability to work independently.
  • Ability to read basic construction drawings.
  • Accuracy, punctuality and safe working practices.

PLN 5,040–8,400 net / month

Payment per m² is possible, depending on the system and scope of work.

What will you do?

Install insulation and reinforcement layers, prime, render and finish facade details.

What do we expect?

  • Experience in external insulation and rendering.
  • Accuracy and teamwork.
  • Willingness to work on scaffolding and follow safety rules.

Roofer

PLN 40–50 net / hour

PLN 6,720–8,400 net / month

Example based on 168 hours, excluding overtime. Pay depends on hours worked.

Crew rate: approximately PLN 60–120 / m² labour for standard roof covering installation. Scope, system and final rate to be agreed; B2B amounts are net plus VAT where applicable.

What will you do?

Prepare roof slopes, install coverings, flashings and rainwater drainage.

What do we expect?

  • Roofing experience.
  • Confident tool use and measuring skills.
  • Ability to work safely at height.

04 / EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT

Construction foreman

PLN 8,000–12,000 gross / month

Approx. PLN 5,784–8,510 net / month

Estimate for PLN 8,000–12,000 gross: employment contract, age over 26, PIT-2, standard PLN 250 deductible costs, no PPK, before crossing the tax threshold. Actual take-home pay depends on individual circumstances.

Pay depends on experience, team size and responsibilities.

What will you do?

Organise daily crew work, allocate tasks, monitor quality and progress. Plan materials, record works and hours, ensure safety and liaise with the site manager. Support the crew with hands-on construction work.

What do we expect?

  • Construction and team leadership experience.
  • Ability to read documentation and organise work effectively.
  • Good communication and responsibility; category B driving licence is an advantage.
