OFFICE AND SITE IN ONE SYSTEM

Central management

One CRM. All organisational information in one place.

Frontec organises its work through a CRM connecting the office, coordinators and installation crews. It brings together information on projects, schedules, tasks, documentation, procurement and arrangements with clients.

A manager sends an instruction or message from the office, and the employee receives it in the mobile app. Shared information helps everyone know what to do, where and when, while coordinators follow progress and respond to current needs.

A manager sends a CRM task and a Frontec worker receives it on a phone

House blockwork — AI visualisation01

ILLUSTRATIVE CASE STUDY / CONSTRUCTION / HOUSE

Masonry works
for a detached house.

Scope: walls · openings · preparation for subsequent stages

The challenge

The homeowner needs walls built to the design, with accurate dimensions, correctly positioned openings and readiness for the next trades.

Proposed approach

  1. Review the design and confirm the scope with the investor and site manager.
  2. Agree materials, deliveries and sequence of works.
  3. Set out and build the walls, checking plumb, levels and opening dimensions.
  4. Inspect the work and agree readiness for the next stage.

Expected result and acceptance criteria

Walls built to the agreed documentation. Checks cover geometry, opening positions, joint quality and completion of the scope.

ILLUSTRATIVE CASE STUDY / FACADES / B2B

Building facades
for a new development.

Scope: insulation · rendering · facade details

The challenge

The investor needs a consistent finish across several buildings. Facade work must account for access to work areas and other contractors.

Proposed approach

  1. Agree documentation, insulation system, colours and building sequence.
  2. Inspect substrates and prepare work packages for the crews.
  3. Install insulation, reinforcement layers, rendering and details to the agreed system.
  4. Stage inspections and completeness checks before final handover.

Expected result and acceptance criteria

A visually consistent facade, complete details and continuous insulation. Acceptance checks the design, surface finish, joints and flashings.

ILLUSTRATIVE CASE STUDY / INTERIORS / APARTMENT

From shell condition
to a finished interior.

Scope: skim coating · painting · plasterboard · tiling and floors

The challenge

The apartment owner wants several finishing trades coordinated, with a clear sequence and consistent transitions between walls, floors and fitted structures.

Proposed approach

  1. Agree the finish standard, materials and exact scope room by room.
  2. Assess substrates, protect the apartment and coordinate deliveries.
  3. Install structures, prepare walls, tile, paint and lay floors in the sequence required by the materials.
  4. Check surfaces, joints and details, then inspect with the investor.

Expected result and acceptance criteria

Finished surfaces to the agreed standard. Checks cover evenness, paint finish, grout, material joints and the accepted scope.
